Section 68
Property should not be enjoyed
(1) In accordance with the prevailing law, the property of the insurer, apart from the facilities or benefits received as the director, executive head, shareholder, employee or insurance intermediary of the company, the director of the insurer, the immediate family of the director, the basic shareholder, a person with financial interest, the insurer or its director who is a managing agent or a shareholder Any firm, company or organization or executive head should not behave in any way.
(2) The insurer may not lease or use in any other way the property of its director, immediate family of the director, 8 basic shareholders, insurer or any firm, company or organization or executive head of which the insurer or its director is a managing agent or is a shareholder.
